These are the terms under which Kova (operated by Alexander Gese, Monbrunner Straße 20, 63897 Miltenberg, Germany) provides design services and hosts this website. Using kovalead.com or engaging Kova on a project counts as agreement to what follows.

Services

Kova provides brand identity, packaging, ad creative, and full campaign services to jewelry and cosmetics brands. Every engagement is quoted in writing before work begins, with a defined scope, fee, and timeline. Anything outside that scope is a change request and priced separately.

Fees and payment

Fees are stated exclusive of applicable German VAT unless noted otherwise. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue via Stripe. Late payments accrue interest at the statutory German rate under § 288 BGB. Recurring retainer subscriptions renew until you cancel via the customer portal.

Ownership and licence

Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final delivered designs transfers to you. Preliminary sketches, discarded concepts, and Kova's general methods remain Kova's intellectual property. Kova retains the right to feature the completed work in its own portfolio unless a written NDA states otherwise.

Turnaround and revisions

Timelines are estimates given in good faith. Client feedback delays push the delivery date accordingly. Each project scope includes a fixed number of revision rounds; additional rounds are billed at the rate stated in the project quote.

Confidentiality

Kova treats commercially sensitive information you share (product roadmaps, pricing, unreleased brand direction) as confidential and uses it only to deliver the agreed work.

Liability

Kova's liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project in the six months preceding the claim. This does not affect liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

Cold outreach

If Kova has emailed you a portfolio pitch, you can reply with the word "unsubscribe" and we will not contact you again. We do not add anyone to marketing lists without consent.

Governing law

German law applies. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bavaria, Germany.
